After consuming endless amounts of knowledge about Real Estate Investing for about 4 years, at the age of 28 years old I finally bought my first property, a single-family home. I quickly fell in love with investing in rentals and progressed into duplex’s, 4-plex’s, and then eventually larger multi-family real estate. I replaced my W2 income with income generated from my first two properties in 2022 and exited the corporate world to go all in on this Journey. Now, at age 33, I own 48 units of residential real estate and one commercial retail space. Together, that is more than $6.4 million worth of rental real estate.
